The Yamuna Expressway
Authority has asked for developers in the place to post the site evaluation of
property projects on their official website. The decision was taken by the
additional CEO after a national newspaper’s evaluation defined how flats were
being constructed by companies despite framework plans of their projects having
not been accepted by the Authority.
Homebuyers had lately
protested in the matter and required that transparency of the dealings and
construction should be handled by the Authority and developers about the long
run projects for the protection of their investment. Yamuna Expressway Authority’s
additional CEO, HK Verma, revealed that group housing clients were confused
about the place of property projects losing in the race. “We took up the
problem after finding the problem of housing clients genuine,” Verma said. The
framework plan and other appropriate information will now be posted on the
Authority’s website, but instead will be published on the Developer’s website
just as it happened in the case of Logix Blossom County which is a noticeable
project.
The idea of
publishing site development info of projects is expected to reduce the stress
on Authority officers. “With the demand of features along the expressway increasing,
housing clients have been gathering at the Authority offices to know the actual
status of projects, and this has been investing enough of officer’s time,”
Verma involved.
So far, housing
clients have to rely on developers for information about the project. Whenever
they go to the Authority office, most of the times they have to come back
without information. But the cases differ from developer to developer, “I went
to the Authority office four times to check the site info of Logix Blossom County
Sector 137 where I was planning to get an apartment. Authorities made excuses three
times and it all time advised me that it was not their responsibility to tell
me the place of property projects. Finally, I went to the offices of Logix
group and cleared every doubt about the property and site there,” said Amit
Singh, a resident of Delhi who invested in Blossom County Noida.
“This option will
definitely help housing clients and give them a sense of protection. The
developers’ fraternity should also take activities at their level to reduce the
stress of clients for finding Logix Blossom County Noida and right investment
opportunities,” said RK Arora, CMD Supertech and older office person wearing
them of CREDAI.
